How to Add Text to Web Clip Art

Custom clip art is a great way to add text. This clip art image as a background, icons, logos and charts. Add the text is easy, it can use a variety of programs, including many Microsoft Paint.
Instructions
1 The use of drawing, open your clip art files. Select the text icon in the menu on the toolbar. It is marked with the letter "A"
